Versar Global Solutions encourages reporting unethical, illegal, discriminatory, or irresponsible acts through its confidential Hotline.
Versar has zero tolerance for retaliation against reporters who raise concerns through the hotline or the online reporting system. Team members should report instances of retaliation immediately.
All concerns are handled confidentially and respectfully, with the reporter’s welfare and safety as a priority.
Reports should be made as promptly as possible through any of the following means:
- Manager or supervisor
- Project, Corporate or Senior Leadership
- Human Resources representative
- Legal Team
- Versar Integrity Hotline on this site
- By post: 1025 Vermont Ave NW, Suite 500, Washington DC 20005, United States of America Marked: ‘Private and Confidential, Attn: General Counsel’.
Versar does not prohibit anyone from reporting concerns to, filing a charge or complaint with, or participating in an investigation with any government agency charged with the enforcement of any law.
Anonymous reporters should check back using the report key provided through the Hotline to answer follow-up questions or receive information about the investigation.
Non-Retaliation
Versar prohibits retaliation in any form against any team members who:
- Raise a concern in good faith about violations of any law, the Code of Conduct or any Versar Global Solutions policy or procedure
- Assist Versar or law enforcement with information to address a concern
- Refuse to participate in improper or unlawful conduct
Concerns may be raised anonymously. All reports will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law and the investigation. Versar takes all reports of retaliation very seriously. If you experience retaliation, report it immediately.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with IM1.2 Privacy.
