Our Commitment

Ovintiv has strong values and expects everyone to act with integrity. Our Business Code of Conduct explains how we work ethically and legally. If we fall short, tell us. The Integrity Hotline is one way to report concerns about our operations.

We support open, honest communication. If you can, raise concerns with your supervisor or another leader when you believe a policy or standard has been violated.

If you prefer to report anonymously, use the Integrity Hotline hosted by our third-party provider, EthicsPoint, to report potential violations of our Business Code of Conduct, ask compliance questions, or share suggestions.

EthicsPoint will send your report to Ovintiv, and if you choose to stay anonymous, they will not share your identity. The information you provide will remain totally confidential.

To make a report

After you submit a report, you’ll receive a unique report key. Save your report key and password. After 5–6 business days, use them to check your report for follow-up questions or updates.
