AAR is committed to providing employees with a safe and productive workplace and to conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. We strongly encourage you to report relevant concerns directly to your supervisor, manager, or local Human Resources representative whenever you believe possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct has occurred. In addition, the Ethics Hotline (the "Hotline") is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as an alternative method of reporting.
The Hotline is administered by EthicsPoint, an independent, third-party provider and you may file a report with EthicsPoint via the Web, Phone or Mobile. If permitted by local law, you may choose to submit a report to EthicsPoint anonymously. If you choose to report anonymously, you may provide a personal email address to receive and respond to email updates. This email address will not be shared with AAR. The Ethics Hotline does not have caller ID, recorders, or other devices that can identify or trace the phone number which you are calling or the internet address you are using.
No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential ethical misconduct or violations of laws, regulations, or company policies, or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected misconduct or violations, even if sufficient evidence is not found to substantiate a reported concern.
Please see the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information about using the Hotline.
We encourage you to seek assistance from or to report your concern to your supervisor, manager or Human Resources representative. You may also call (630) 227-2000 and ask to speak to a member of the AAR CORP. Human Resources or Law Departments.
