Boise State University is committed to conducting its affairs ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as institutional policies. Every member of the university community shares in this responsibility. Our Standards of Conduct and policies contain guidelines for conducting university affairs accordingly.
Employees are obligated to report concerns about potential or apparent unethical, illegal or otherwise inappropriate behavior to a supervisor, the relevant compliance contact or the appropriate vice president. Although the university does not tolerate retaliation against any individual making a report in good faith, you may feel more comfortable making an anonymous report to the university's confidential reporting hotline provider EthicsPoint. You may submit a report about a compliance concern or ask for guidance related to a compliance or ethics matter. If you choose, the information you provide to EthicsPoint will be relayed to the university in a format that protects your anonymity.
Boise State University takes all reports regarding ethics and compliance matters seriously and will investigate each report. After filing a report, please return to the reporting website or call the toll-free number again in 5-7 business days. To access an existing report, you must have the report key provided by EthicsPoint and the password you created during your initial contact. It is important that you follow up in the event that additional information is necessary to conduct a thorough and complete investigation. You may continue to remain anonymous when responding to follow up questions.
