After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and keep in a safe place. Use the report key to check your report periodically to see if requests for assistance or additional information are needed.
EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
EthicsPoint is R1’s Compliance & Integrity Hotline. We use the NAVEX™ platform with third-party global support to ensure that issues can be raised in a secure and protected environment. The hotline is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Identifying yourself in the report is not required; reports can be made anonymously if you choose. Your anonymity will be protected to the greatest extent possible during the course of the investigation and as permitted by law. All matters are treated with the same level of seriousness for proper review and assessment.
We encourage you to first work with your manager, leadership team, or HR to address any concern, as they are your best line of support. However, there are certain concerns that must be reported via the EthicsPoint Hotline. Issues that must be reported to EthicsPoint include, but are not limited to: violations of the Code of Integrity, risks to the company, breaches of company policies and procedures, audit concerns, privacy-related concerns, incidents of workplace harassment, violation of law, or other potential illegal activity.
If you are looking for guidance, you may use this Hotline or e-mail us at Compliance@R1RCM.com.
R1 is committed to protecting, when possible, the rights and confidentiality of individuals who report issues. Your anonymity will be protected to the greatest extent possible during the course of the investigation and as permitted by law. We also prohibit retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or suspected violation. Any instance of retaliation against an associate for reporting a concern in good faith is itself a serious violation of our Code of Integrity.
Use the reporting drop down in the right side of this screen. You may choose to complete the report online, or you may contact the EthicsPoint telephone Hotline and report your concerns to an operator. Both methods allow for anonymity.
When filing a report, you will receive a confidential case key. You will be able to use this key to login and track the progress of your case. Within 24 hours of the next business day, you can expect to receive an initial response (within EthicsPoint) from R1's Compliance & Risk Team or People Experience Team to confirm that the Hotline report has been received through the NAVEX™ EthicsPoint Hotline portal. From there, the Compliance & Risk Team and/or the People Experience Team, in conjunction with appropriate R1 leaders, will begin to review and assess the report. Along the way, you may also receive communications within EthicsPoint requesting additional information, and we ask for your timely assistance in responding to those requests.
For any other questions or concerns, please contact us at Compliance@R1RCM.com.
