Our Compliance Program, Code of Ethics and Conduct and policies provide general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of conduct. Open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management with concerns and questions, including instances where you believe violations of our Code, policies or ethics has occurred. We understand that in some instances you may not feel comfortable reporting an issue to your supervisor or management. The compliance program provides other secure reporting options for you.

Compliance is Everyone’s Responsibility

If you become aware of instances where the Code of Conduct is not being followed, you have an obligation to report those issues. You may report such matters directly to your manager, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Corporate and Financial Investigations, your Local Compliance Office or the Corporate Compliance Office. The Company has also partnered with NAVEX, an independent company that provides a 24-hour secure, confidential hotline and web intake system for anyone who wants to report misconduct but prefers not to use the Company’s internal reporting channels.
