LeMoyne Ethics Reporting (Whistleblower) Hotline

Le Moyne College is a premier Jesuit College with a strong commitment to compliance and ethics. Our written standards and policies contain general guidelines for conducting business consistent with the highest standards of ethics. The College is committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management with questions and concerns including instances where you believe violations of standards or policies may have occurred.

The LeMoyne Ethics Reporting (Whistleblower) Hotline service is designed for reporting related to various activities of fraud, abuse, workplace misconduct or violations of the College’s policies. Le Moyne has selected EthicsPoint as our third party processor to provide you with a simple, anonymous way to confidentially report activities that may involve certain improper conduct or violations of the College’s policies.

This hotline service does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods. Instead, the EthicsPoint system is intended to offer an additional means of reporting in situations in which the individual making the report is unable or unwilling to use the existing procedures and provides a method of reporting issues anonymously.

All reports submitted under existing reporting methods or through EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly.

We encourage hotline reporters to return to this website within 10 calendar days of filing a report using the report key assigned by EthicsPoint and your private password. The College may have further information about your report, or may require further information from you in order to proceed with an investigation. In either case your anonymity is always protected.
