After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT an Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

Our Commitment

Sobi is an international biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases. We have a fundamental responsibility to earn and preserve the trust of patients, caregivers and society at large, and we do that by acting with integrity in everything we do.

We want Sobi employees to feel comfortable in approaching a manager with questions and concerns about any potential misconduct or unethical behavior by Sobi. Similarly, we want non-Sobi individuals to feel comfortable in approaching a Sobi contact person in such situations. However, we do understand that in some situations it may preferable to report suspected violations to a third party. The Sobi Compliance Hotline offer such a reporting channel.

The Sobi Compliance Hotline offers employees, business partners, customers and members of the public the ability to report concerns about any potential misconduct or unethical behavior by Sobi. Reports may be submitted using one of the alternatives to the right. The online or telephone alternatives provide the option of remaining anonymous. Reports can also be submitted to Sobi’s global compliance department using the email address groupcompliance@sobi.com. Please note that anonymity is not an option when reporting via email.

It is Sobi’s policy to:

  • Encourage and support those who believe in good faith that any of Sobi’s representatives are in violation of the Code of Conduct & Ethics, any law or any company policy to report the possible violation
  • Conduct a prompt investigation of any alleged violation and take appropriate corrective and/or disciplinary action, and
  • Prohibit any retaliatory action against those who make a report in good faith of a suspected violation of the Code of Conduct & Ethics, any law or any company policy, even if a subsequent investigation proves the report to be unfounded.
