Follow-up on a Report Code of Conduct & Ethics If You Encounter a Possible Breach FAQs

To Make a Report

By Phone

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Our Commitment

The Sobi Code of Conduct & Ethics is a guide for how every Sobi employee is expected to behave in public or in private towards colleagues, business associates and society at large. It takes into consideration that we are legitimately regarded as representatives of the company and that the company will be judged by our individual and collective actions.

We must all make a deliberate choice, every day, to follow the main principles that are outlined in Sobi Code of Conduct & Ethics and supported by our company policies, standards, procedures, and business processes. Achieving results without maintaining full compliance will never be acceptable. No business advantage, large or small, should ever be pursued if it causes any one of us to compromise our integrity or our ethics.

It is Sobi’s policy to:

  • Encourage and support employees, who have a good faith belief that any of Sobi’s employees or management are in violation of the Code of Conduct & Ethics, any law, or any company policy, to report the possible violation;
  • Conduct a prompt investigation of any alleged violation and take appropriate corrective and/or disciplinary action; and
  • Prohibit any retaliatory action against any Sobi employee for making a good faith report of a suspected violation of the Code of Conduct & Ethics, any law, or any company policy, even if a subsequent investigation proves the report to be unfounded.

We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager with questions and concerns including instances where you believe violations of standards or policies may have occurred. In some situations you may prefer to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be sent to us in a format that protects your confidentiality. We take all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate.
