After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
JSI is committed to acting with the highest standards of ethics and professional accountability. We take reports of possible unethical, illegal, fraudulent, or improper conduct seriously – and the Code of Conduct Helpline is there to support anyone wanting to make such a report. Anyone can contact the helpline, be they staff, consultants, subcontractors, vendors or others. All reports of suspected wrongdoing will be promptly and thoroughly investigated. You have our guarantee that your report will be heard.
JSI’s Code of Conduct Helpline is the preferred method for reporting possible misconduct. However, JSI is also committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching management in instances where you believe misconduct has occurred. If, for any reason, you prefer to discuss your concern with management, please do not hesitate to approach JSI management or your supervisor.
