Knowlton Development Corporation, kdc/one, strongly values integrity, collaboration, innovation and responsibility in the way it conducts its business. The kdc/one Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
We want kdc/one to be considered a great place to work, with employees who are proud to work here, that feel good about their jobs, and can benefit from a safe and healthy work space. We are committed to creating and maintaining the best possible work environment for everyone in the company, where honesty and open communication are the expectation, not the exception. One way each of us can help is by bringing forward your concerns, questions, and suggestions to your manager.
The help line is intended to be a way to communicate your concerns and do your part to promote safety, security, and ethical behavior. The system is confidential and works directly with a Human Resources Representative within kdc/one to ensure your concern is being addressed and investigated. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as well as any harassment or discriminatory behavior and local and regional laws.
The information submitted to EthicsPoint will be sent in a format that protects your confidentiality.
We take all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate.
