Our Commitment:

Rush is committed to our seminal values of innovation, collaboration, respect, and excellence in the clinical and academic settings. We are committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. You should feel comfortable approaching your supervisor, Human Resources, or colleagues with questions or concerns, including instances where you believe violations of our values, standards, policies or procedures may have occurred. To encourage our community to report issues or concerns, Rush has established the Rush Hotline. Whether filing a report by phone or online, you can choose to remain anonymous; however, please know that Rush’s ability to respond may be impeded if your identity is not provided. In your report, please provide as much detailed information as possible about the issue(s) of concern.

Rush takes all reports seriously. Rush will review each and every report and follow up where further action is appropriate. Rush prohibits retaliation against employees who make a report through the Rush hotline. Reports are received by the Corporate Compliance Department which coordinates the investigation of all reported matters with other responsible departments.

Please note that some additional reporting options for Human Resources related concerns are to discuss with your supervisor or to contact the Employee Service Center (ESC) at: https://rushprod.service-now.com/esc or 312-942-3456.
