After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be sent to a limited number of people at MicroPort Orthopedics in a format that protects your confidentiality. You will also have the opportunity to make your report anonymously. We take all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate. When reporting anonymously, the investigation team may need additional information and the only way to contact you will be through EthicsPoint. Please maintain your EthicsPoint reference number and check back frequently on your report.
