To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Our Commitment

For over a century, S&P Global has developed a worldwide reputation for honesty, integrity and good faith and we seek to incorporate our core values of Integrity, Excellence and Relevance into every aspect of our business, every day.

S&P Global is committed to fostering an environment where open and honest communications are expected. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your Division’s Compliance or Legal Department, the People Organization, your manager, or higher levels of management in instances where you believe violations of our policies or standards have occurred.

However, in situations where you prefer to submit a written report, anonymously or in confidence, S&P Global offers this site which is hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. Through this site, you are able to submit reports relating to actual or suspected violations of our Code of Business Ethics, as well as matters related to Company policies, procedures and other standards.

Whether your report includes your name and contact information or is submitted anonymously, the information you provide will be sent to an independent review group within S&P Global by EthicsPoint. When you raise a concern, or report a violation in good faith, the Company will promptly investigate your report. Your communication will be treated confidentially to the extent possible and permissible by law.
