Global Tungsten & Powders Corp. is committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching us directly with questions and concerns including instances where you believe violations of standards or policies may have occurred. Whether you are an employee of GTP, a Customer or Supplier of GTP or a person otherwise involved with GTP we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, manager, the Human Resource department or your contacts with GTP with questions and concerns including instances where you believe violations of standards or policies may have occurred.
In some situations, you may prefer to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider. You may submit reports relating to violations of our written standards and policies, as well as asking for guidance related to compliance or ethics matters.
The information you provide to the third-party provider will be sent to us in a format that protects your confidentiality. We take all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate.

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
