Triton International Limited (Triton) is committed to doing business in accordance with our core value of Integrity and with the highest standards of ethics and compliance. Triton is also committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.
We encourage employees to voice concerns or ask questions through multiple channels, including by talking with their supervisors, other members of the company’s management team, Human Resources, or the Legal department. Additionally, this hotline, which is operated by EthicsPoint, an independent third-party, provides employees and others with a means to report any business or workplace conduct that is inconsistent with our values, policies or the law. All reports submitted using this website or by phone are received directly by EthicsPoint and then routed to the appropriate persons within Triton, who will ensure that each report is handled in a professional and confidential manner. When you submit a report, you have the choice to remain anonymous, where permitted by law, or identify yourself. Either way, the more detail you provide in your report, the more effectively Triton can address your concern.
Triton will not tolerate retaliation against employees who raise concerns, report misconduct, or ask for advice in good faith. Any instance of retaliation against employees for reporting a concern in good faith should itself be reported.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
