Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Our approach to integrity and compliance is documented in our Code of Conduct, and colleagues have an ethical duty to report any potential violation of law, policy, and/or our Code of Conduct. If you feel comfortable reporting your concern directly to your supervisor, another manager, or the compliance staff, you are encouraged to do so. Knowing who to contact for additional information makes it easier for us to follow up on your concern. However, you always have the ability to report a potential compliance concern anonymously through EthicsPoint, an outside vendor, by calling the Compliance Hotline or submitting a report by following the instructions below. LVHN enforces its policy pertaining to non-retaliation. No action shall be taken against an individual for reporting a potential compliance issue in good faith.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis, unless you choose to provide your name and contact information. All reports will be reviewed and investigated.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
The Joseph F. McCloskey School of Nursing is required to have an anonymous online reporting system to receive complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence from students and employees. The report shall be investigated through the process established in the School of Nursing’s Preventing Violence policy. The School of Nursing may not fail or refuse to investigate a report because it is anonymous.
The report is anonymous and will go to Compliance/Legal Services and to the School of Nursing’s Title IX officer – Lawrence Riddles, MD, MS, MBA, FACS, FACPE. The Title IX officer may not be compelled to produce a record of the on-line report except pursuant to a court order.
Individuals making anonymous online reports are encouraged to read the attached policy, which contains contact information for victims of sexual harassment and sexual violence.
