We want to you to feel comfortable, without fear of retaliation in approaching us - your manager, any Whirlpool leader, local Human Resources, Internal Audit, Compliance Office or other Law Department member - regarding any instance where you believe a violation of Our Integrity Manual, policies or the law may have occurred.

However, if you prefer, you may use this Integrity Line to raise your concerns. Be assured that you will never be retaliated against or punished in any way for reporting your concerns in good faith.

In addition, we encourage you to ask questions related to policies and procedures and to provide suggestions.

How Our Integrity Line Works

    compliance concern 24 hours a day, seven days a week, online or by phone.

    Online and phone reporting is available in more than 10 languages.
    Choose the most suitable language to complete your report submission form.

    You will receive a unique code called a "Report Key" that you will need along with your password to be able to check the status of your report

    A third party operator that specializes in our Integrity Line service will answer your call.contactPic

    • Your cooperation is critical to the success of our investigation, so please provide as many details as you can. You can choose to remain anonymous, where the law permits. Remember that if you do not report anonymously, the only way we have to communicate with you is through our Integrity Line, so please check back on your report from time to time in the event that our investigators have questions for you.

    Whirlpool Compliance Team reviews the report and, where appropriate, assigns it to an investigator, who may be from Internal Audit, Law Department, Human Resources, Security or other functions. The investigator may contact you for additional information, where possible.

    If your report is substantiated, Whirlpool will take prompt and appropriate action. Conclusions of the investigations may remain confidential, but we will always acknowledge that your concerns were reviewed.
