After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." The Compliance Department will respond as soon as possible, but please check your report within 5-6 business days using your report key and password for feedback or questions.

In accordance with our compliance program and Code of Conduct, VNS Health is committed to establishing a culture of compliance that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to organizational policies, state and federal laws or regulations, or program requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Office of Inspector General of the United States of Health and Human Services, the New York State Department of Health, the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, or other federal, state and local health care programs.

VNS Health is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management or the Compliance Department in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous, confidential report, you are encouraged to use the hotlines or the online reporting tool, hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to potential violations of our Code of Conduct and policies or any other compliance concern. You may also use the hotline to ask for guidance on policies and procedures or to provide positive suggestions and stories.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
