Each of us has an obligation to ask questions, seek guidance and to speak-up and share your concerns when we make a mistake, or when you observe or suspect that something is illegal, inappropriate, or violates our Code or other Parexel policies.
Parexel is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, line management, Global Compliance, or Human Resources in instances where you believe violations of company policies or standards may have occurred, or if you become aware of an ethical issue or question.
