EthicsPoint Hotline

Palm Beach Atlantic University is deeply committed to fostering a community where individuals have opportunities to report concerns, including doing so anonymously.

  • PBA has partnered with NAVEX, a third-party provider, to offer the EthicsPoint reporting system to enable the secure and anonymous reporting of activities which may involve misconduct, fraud, abuse or other violations of PBA policies.
  • The EthicsPoint Hotline is not intended to replace any existing reporting methods available at the university, but it is available in instances where you feel uncomfortable using these channels. All the reports will be reviewed, investigated, and responded to as discreetly and promptly as possible.
  • Reports made in EthicsPoint and associated investigatory records will be kept confidential to the extent possible under applicable state and federal law. Complaints filed through EthicsPoint may be considered public record under Florida law, and as such may be subject to disclosure upon request.
  • Allegations reported will be reviewed in accordance with established processes found in PBA’s policies and procedures.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

DO NOT use EthicsPoint to report the following:

  • Non-Academic Student Conduct Matters should be reported to Student Accountability.
  • Faculty, staff, and students who have questions or concerns related to academic integrity may consider contacting the Provost to discuss options.
