Purpose

Welcome to Signode Industrial Group’s Confidential Helpline. Signode Industrial Group has partnered with EthicsPoint to make this Helpline available to you. EthicsPoint provides anonymous, confidential helplines for companies worldwide. Our goal is to provide you with a confidential on-line and telephone reporting system where you can safely and honestly communicate issues and concerns associated with unethical or illegal activities involving Signode Industrial Group or its employees.

Since 1913, Signode has built a reputation of honesty, integrity and fairness as a result of its employees around the world conducting business according to the highest standards of ethical conduct. The Signode Industrial Group Statement of Principles of Conduct formally states our commitment to this standard of conduct and to maintaining full compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to Signode Industrial Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates around the world. The Signode Industrial Group Global Anti-Corruption Policy further emphasizes the importance of complying with anticorruption laws in all countries in which we operate. This Confidential Helpline will allow employees to report suspected violations or ethical concerns and ask questions.

Signode Industrial Group will not allow or pursue retaliation of any kind against any individual who reports in good faith a violation or ethical concern. Signode Industrial Group will not tolerate an individual being threatened (either overtly or impliedly) or adversely affected by retaliation or retribution because he or she raised a concern or complaint, participated in an investigation into a complaint or refused to engage in unethical behavior. However, deliberately making false complaints will be considered misconduct and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

"Act with Integrity."
