Hollister encourages all Associates to ask questions, raise concerns and report any known or suspected misconduct or any violation of the Hollister Code of Conduct or our company policies or procedures, without fear of discipline, censure, or retaliation. Hollister provides Associates many resources - you can speak with your manager, Human Resources, the Law Department or the Compliance Team. If you are not comfortable with any of these resources, you can also contact the Helpline.
The Helpline is operated by NAVEX Inc., an independent, third-party vendor to provide an impartial, secure, and confidential Helpline for Hollister Associates to ask questions, raise concerns and report potential misconduct, and to do so anonymously where local law permits.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
