Our Commitment

Patagonia Works’ operations are guided by our core values, including a commitment to transparency. We also are committed to complying with local law. As we grow in size and scale, this becomes more complex. Our Global Code of Employee Conduct is intended as resource for Patagonia Works employees around the world to reinforce our values and lay out some of the key principles and guidelines that underpin our operations.

To stay true to these principles, we need to hear from you whenever an issue may arise. While we hope you always feel comfortable coming to your manager with any concerns, we know it can be difficult, especially as we find ourselves spread out around the world. That is why we have selected NAVEX’s EthicsPoint solution to provide us with a method of gathering any reports of misconduct and ensuring they are addressed. The information you provide through this tool will be sent to us by EthicsPoint, and you have our guarantee that your comments will be reviewed and responded to appropriately.

We all know that the viability, integrity and future success of Patagonia Works depends in large part on two of our most important assets: our people and our information. We also know that our communication, controls, and processes must evolve as we grow and the needs of our business change. The Global Code of Employee Conduct and the EthicsPoint hotline are an important part of this evolution, and we appreciate your support and engagement in the process.

We recommend that you fill in your personal information when filing a report in case we need additional information. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, that is fine as well.
