Our Commitment to You

Alterra Mountain Company is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.

We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of company policies, standards, or laws have occurred. However, we understand that in certain circumstances, you may wish to remain anonymous during the reporting process. For that reason, Alterra Mtn. Co. has established the Anonymous Reporting Hotline.

The Hotline is an anonymous option for you and your fellow employees, consultants, and contractors to report a suspected violation of Alterra Mtn. Co. Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as well as any other company policies or handbooks, or to report a suspected violation of law.

The Hotline is managed by NAVEX’s EthicsPoint, a third-party hotline provider. The information you provide via EthicsPoint will be sent to us on an anonymous basis, if you should choose. You also have the option to provide your name when filing a report via EthicsPoint.

The Alterra Mtn. Co. Anonymous Reporting Hotline is intended for reports on violation of company policies, standards, or the law. It is not intended to replace the functions of your local Human Resource department and should not be used as a forum to share business ideas, suggestions, or feedback. Employees are encouraged to submit these comments to their supervisor or via other forums available to them at their resort.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
