Our Commitment

P&J is committed to conducting business to the highest standard of integrity. Our management, through our Ethics & Compliance Committee, is responsible for:

  1. providing direction and oversight of the compliance program
  2. identifying and assessing areas of compliance risk
  3. communicating the importance of the compliance program to the executive management, the board of directors, and all employees
  4. preparing and distributing the written code of conduct that sets forth our ethical principles and policies
  5. developing and implementing education programs
  6. implementing a retaliation-free internal reporting process

We want our employees, clients, sub-contractors, partners, and vendors to be proud of the way we conduct business with integrity. Ethics and compliance mean more to us than ticking boxes and filing documents—we carry our commitment with us into all aspects of our work, large and small, seen and unseen. Every day, P&J promises to stay true to our heritage and founding principles as we evolve and grow.

Code of Conduct

P&J understands its responsibilities as a service provider for federal, state, and local governments, and we are committed to complying with the letter and the spirit of laws and regulations for government contractors. Our policy is to hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, and our Code of Conduct is our written declaration of this goal. The confidence of our clients and communities is something we earn and maintain through our everyday actions. P&J’s Code of Conduct applies to any officer, director, employee, or consultant, and any violations are subject to discipline, including demotion or dismissal.

P&J is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this helpline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
