College of Western Idaho (CWI) is committed to conducting its affairs ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as institutional policies. Every member of the CWI community has an obligation to uphold that standard. CWI’s Policies found online at cwi.edu/policies-procedures contains guidelines for conducting the affairs of the College with the highest standard of ethics and integrity, through the Codes of Conduct and Ethics policies.
Employees, students, and the college community are expected to report concerns about potential or apparent unethical, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate behavior to a supervisor, or the relevant member of leadership. If you are unsure who the appropriate point of contact is, please reach out to a member of leadership or consult the CWI policies for guidance on reporting concerns.
Although the College does not tolerate retaliation against any individual making a report in good faith, you may feel more comfortable making an anonymous report to the college's confidential reporting hotline provider EthicsPoint. You may submit a report about a compliance concern or ask for guidance related to a compliance or ethics matter. If you choose, the information you provide to EthicsPoint will be relayed to the College in a format that protects your anonymity.
