To provide multiple options for reporting concerns, OAG has established this Compliance & Ethics Hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You may use the Compliance & Ethics Hotline to submit reports regarding any ethical concerns or suspected violations of law or OAG policy.
The information you provide will be sent to OAG by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential basis. You are also provided the option to submit reports anonymously. OAG guarantees your comments will be heard and appropriately reviewed.
OAG absolutely prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report of a matter they believe requires investigation.

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
