Our Commitment

Syneos Health, Inc. is committed to adhering to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in the conduct of our business. Open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of applicable laws, company policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you prefer to report via an external mechanism, you are encouraged to use this Business Ethics Helpline or web reporting form, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint.

Accordingly, please provide your name and contact details. This will allow us to contact you if further information is needed. You can also provide information anonymously if you prefer, and if your local laws so permit (EthicsPoint will not accept anonymous reports in these locations). Whether your report is anonymous or not, we ask that you provide us with as many details about the matter as possible to ensure a proper and thorough investigation. The information you submit, including your identity, will be treated confidentially, except where the demands of conducting a thorough investigation otherwise require, or where Syneos Health, Inc. is required to comply with legal requirements. In all cases, the information will be communicated on a need-to-know basis. EthicsPoint manages the intake of all reports and will confidentially forward them to Syneos Health Inc.’s Compliance Department. All reports will be promptly reviewed and investigated and resolved in a fair, objective and timely manner; corrective action will be instituted if and as deemed appropriate.

For individuals in the European Union, Switzerland, and Turkey, the form can only be used for reporting violations specifically related to accounting, auditing, bribery, internal controls or financial issues. If your concern pertains to other types of non-compliance or ethics issues, you should report them to your manager, Human Resources or the Compliance Department.

Syneos Health, Inc. prohibits retaliation of any kind against anyone who in good faith reports a concern and a violation of our non-retaliation policy may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
