To Make a Report by Phone

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Save the Children is an organization with strong values of accountability and integrity and has zero tolerance for fraud and other misconduct in our operations. Our Code of Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Save the Children is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of best practices, laws, regulations, policies or standards have occurred, or if you simply have a concern that you’d like to share.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, or you feel that your complaints have not been acted on, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to potential violations against our values, Code of Ethics and policies and procedures, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures and providing positive suggestions and stories. Our accountability to effect change for children starts with you – if you see something, say something.

The information you provide will be sent to Save the Children by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Save the Children has a zero tolerance approach in connection with any form of retaliation against or harassment of an employee who has reported a concern in good faith. Retaliation and harassment will result in discipline against the harasser, up to and including discharge from employment.

For employees, the Code of Ethics can also be found in SaveNet – Policies and Procedures Library. See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
