You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Make a report online
  • OR
  • Make a report via telephone
    Dial toll free within Canada

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

CWB Group Ethics Hotline

The CWB Group Ethics Hotline is a way for employees, independent contract workers and vendors to raise serious concerns they may have about the CWB Group. CWB Group supports open and honest communication. We want you to feel comfortable approaching us in instances where you believe violations of the CWB Group Code of Conduct or other ethical violations have occurred.

Employees and contractors are encouraged to report matters of concern to their manager, next level manager, HR Business Partner or Ethics Officer. Vendors or other stakeholders are encouraged to report matters to the manager of the business location where the issue arose. However, if for any reason, you are not comfortable using any of these other reporting channels, or if you prefer to report your concern anonymously through the CWB Group Ethics Hotline, we want to hear from you.

This CWB Group Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Reports may be made in English or French, either through the internet or via the toll-free telephone number. The Hotline is administered and hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. Your report will remain completely anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.

Protection Against Retaliation

Individuals who make reports in good faith will be protected against any form of retaliation.
