For individuals living or working in the European Union, the Helpline only allows you to report concerns related to Financial, Auditing, Accounting, Banking, Bribery or Corruption allegations. If your concern pertains to other types of non-compliance issues, you are encouraged to report them to your local Human Resources manager, local management or to AxleTech’s Ethics Officer.
AxleTech’s is a global company and strives to conduct its business with integrity and the highest ethical standards. Our Code of Conduct is our embodiment of our standards of conduct.
AxleTech is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. If you are unsure about where to go with your concerns, or you feel uncomfortable reporting through normal channels of communication, or wish to raise the issue anonymously, you should access the AxleTech Helpline. The AxleTech Helpline is an anonymous reporting mechanism that facilitates reporting of suspected or actual conduct that may involve violation of applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and accounting procedures otherwise inconsistent with AxleTech’s Code of Conduct.
The AxleTech Helpline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is run by EthicsPoint, an independent, third-party provider. All inquiries will be handled promptly and confidently, insofar as you have the option of remaining anonymous except where prohibited by law or regulation.
The Helpline provides a web-based reporting capability as well as a toll-free telephone-based service.
