Creighton University is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our written standards and policies contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Creighton University is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
Creighton University has selected NAVEX Global's EthicsPoint third-party hotline service to provide a simple way to report activities that may involve misconduct, violations of laws and regulations or Creighton University policy. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to file a report here or use this hotline by dialing 855-256-0478.
Reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter. EthicsPoint and the University are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of individuals who submit reports. Due to the nature of certain claims, the University may be limited with respect to the actions(s) it may be able to take in response to a report if the individual submitting the report does not wish to make his or her identity known. University policy prohibits the taking of any retaliatory action against anyone for reporting or inquiring about potential breaches of Creighton policies or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected breaches.
All reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be carefully reviewed by Creighton personnel. We encourage anyone making a report to return to this web site within 3-5 business days of filing a report using the Report Key assigned by EthicsPoint and your private password. The University may have information on your report, or may require further information from you in order to proceed with an investigation.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
