Welcome.

EthicsPoint is a secure portal that allows you to report harassment or any other inappropriate conduct taking place at or related to any AMS activities, events, or programs. This reporting mechanism may also be used for any types of ethical violations that are associated with the programs, awards, and activities of the AMS.

This portal is not a part of the American Mathematical Society website or intranet. Your report will be confidential and anonymous, if you choose.

Anyone can make a report. You can use this portal to file your confidential report online or call +1-855-282-5703. Both will allow you to be anonymous if you choose.

Your report will be overseen by the AMS Executive Director. If your report is about the AMS Executive Director or any other AMS staff members, it will be overseen by the AMS Director of Human Resources.

The AMS strives to ensure that individuals in our activities experience a welcoming environment. The AMS supports equality of opportunity and treatment for all individuals, regardless of sex, gender identity or expression, race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion or religious belief, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability status, economic background, veteran, or immigration status, or any other social or physical component of their identity.

If possible, it is helpful if you can reference any guidelines and/or policies adopted by the AMS Council or Board of Trustees that you think may be relevant to your report.
