If you have a concern, you are encouraged to address your concern directly with your faculty, program chair, or assigned university administrator. In the event you have done this and desire to escalate your concern, or prefer to submit your concern anonymously, the Herzing C.A.R.E.S. system will allow you to do so.

When accessing the Herzing C.A.R.E.S. platform, you will be asked to categorize your concern. Definitions of each category are provided for you. Accurate categorization will ensure that your concerns are reviewed by the most appropriate university designee for timely resolution.
