It is the policy of Penn State Health to encourage and enable employees, medical staff and patients to make good faith reports of suspected wrongful conduct, and to protect such individuals from retaliation for making such reports to Penn State Health on appropriate authority.

You may also report compliance concerns by calling the Hotline at 1-800-560-1637. This toll-free-number is staffed by live operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This site is maintained by an external third party company for the purpose of gathering information regarding compliance concerns or alleged misconduct at Penn State Health. You can choose to provide your name or remain anonymous.

The Medical Center's ability to respond to your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. If you need assistance you may call the hotline at 1-800-560-1637. A specifically trained operator will confidentially document your concern for you and make sure all the important details are included.
