The Regis Commitment

Regis is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity committed to fostering an environment where open and honest communications are the norm. The Regis conduct and ethics policies for employees and students outline the general standards of conduct for the campus community.

Regis community members are encouraged to report any possible violations of policies or standards to their individual supervisor, the Offices of Human Resources, Student Affairs, Finance and Business, or Risk Management, or any other Regis official.

In addition to reporting possible violations internally, Regis is working with EthicsPoint, a third party hotline provider, which can receive reports online or via telephone without requiring that a community member make a direct report to a Regis. Using EthicsPoint, a community member may choose to file a report anonymously. EthicsPoint will provide the submitted information to an appropriate Regis administrator and Regis will review and investigate all good faith reports. Where a report is submitted anonymously, Regis may be limited in its ability to fully investigate the matter.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
