Pembina’s Whistleblower Hotline

Pembina’s Whistleblower Hotline is hosted by a third-party service provider; EthicsPoint.

EthicsPoint provides a confidential, accessible tool for anyone wanting to report a concern, or ask a question. You can make a report anytime and you may do so anonymously.

You are encouraged to report your concern as soon as you are made aware of the issue. All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated in accordance with Pembina’s Whistleblower Policy.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following methods to make a report using EthicsPoint:

  • Select the "Make a Report" link at the top of this page.
  • OR
  • Dial toll-free within Canada and the United States: 855-375-6799

After you complete your report you will be asked to choose a password and you will be assigned a unique code called a “Report Key”. Write this information down and keep it safe. After 5-6 days, select the “Follow-up on a Report” link at the top of this page and use your report key and password to view your report and check for a response from a Pembina representative.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities. For all concerns or issues related to Pipeline Operations and Maintenance, contact the Edmonton Control Centre at 1-800-360-4706.
