You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Faculty, employees, students, trustees, and service providers acting on behalf of Pacific School of Religion have a responsibility to conduct themselves ethically, with the highest integrity, and in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Our conduct should be in line with the following principles:
Fraud, waste, abuse, unethical behavior, impropriety, illegality, violations of PSR’s policies, and any conduct contrary to PSR’s mission should be reported immediately.
Those who report alleged misconduct will not suffer retaliation, adverse action, retribution, or other reprisal for the good faith reporting of suspected violations, even if the allegations ultimately prove to be without merit.
To make a report in confidence, use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
