Gonzaga University is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Our preference is that every attempt be made to first approach your supervisor or area administrator in instances where you believe violations of policies have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, Gonzaga has chosen EthicsPoint to provide you with a way to confidentially report activities which may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of the University's policies.

You may file an anonymous report through this site or by calling EthicsPoint toll-free at 1-855-888-9237.

Reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible.

After you complete your report you will have the option of being assigned a unique code called a "report key." Record your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 – 6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Gonzaga does not tolerate any retaliatory actions against any employee for making a good faith report about potential misconduct. Please see the Whistleblower Policy at http://www.gonzaga.edu/Campus-Resources/Offices-and-Services-A-Z/Human-Resources/Policies-and-Procedures-Manual/ if you have concerns about possible retaliation and the need to bring this to the attention of the University.
