Welcome to the Love’s Ethics Helpline

Our Commitment

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores & Affiliated Companies (“Love’s”) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Love’s is committed to providing our employees with a safe and productive work environment. We believe being honest and trustworthy in our dealings with each other and with our customers makes Love’s a great place to work.

Love’s Ethics Helpline

Love’s has established the Love’s Ethics Helpline and authorized EthicsPoint, an independent third-party helpline, to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method for reporting allegations of conduct that may be unethical, illegal, in violation of professional standards, or otherwise inconsistent with Love’s Core Values, Customer Commitments, and Employee Handbook. We consider reports received through EthicsPoint very important and desire your cooperation in resolving such issues.

Before contacting the Love’s Ethics Helpline, we strongly encourage you to consider whether or not you can directly raise your concern with your supervisor, the Human Resources Employee Relations Team, or through another internal reporting method. However, we realize there may be some circumstances when you are not comfortable reporting the issue in this manner. The Helpline provides another outlet for reporting ethics issues.

How to Report

To file a report, submit your concern online or call our independent third-party helpline toll free at (855) 477-8735 to speak to a live EthicsPoint operator. Please be honest and straightforward, providing enough details to allow the company to investigate the situation thoroughly and address/resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. Please note that if you elect to remain anonymous, we will only be able to contact you through this report.

We Need You

Your input is essential in supporting a positive and ethical organizational culture throughout Love’s. We value your opinions and encourage you to use this system to report any issues or concerns you feel are appropriate to bring forward.
