After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The City has partnered with EthicsPoint (parent company NAVEX Global) to provide an anonymous fraud and ethics hotline. Through this venue, all employees and citizens alike can voice their concerns regarding violations of City policy related to theft, waste, or misuse of City assets.
Employees and/or citizens are encouraged to use EthicsPoint to submit confidential and anonymous reports that will be investigated appropriately and promptly. The City takes fraud and ethics violations seriously and you have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
