Atrium Health & Senior Living (“Atrium”) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct and False Claims Prevention Policy contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Atrium is committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. This “commitment line” and online reporting site have been created to allow our team members, contractors, residents, patients, and family members to anonymously submit comments, questions, or concerns related to their experiences with Atrium. You can also provide positive suggestions and stories about your time with Atrium which will help us develop and implement best practices in everything we do.

We want you to feel comfortable in approaching Atrium management in all instances, including when you are concerned that our policies and standards have not been upheld. In situations where you prefer to submit a comment or concern anonymously, you are encouraged to use this “commitment line” , hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you so choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
