This Website was created by RGA to provide our Workforce Members with the information and resources they may need to report conduct, activities or behaviors the Workforce Member may believe are inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, RGA's Code of Conduct or any of RGA's policies and procedures.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
