Local Reporting Options

The Associate Reporting Hotline is a supplement to – not a replacement of – resources already in place to assist you. If you become aware of any illegal or unethical behavior or a violation of our Code, you are encouraged to report it immediately through local channels including: your supervisor, the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Vice President of Human Resources or Senior Vice President of Global Audit Services. Concerns regarding accounting practices, internal controls or auditing matters may also be reported to RGA’s CEO, CFO or Executive Vice President.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
