Inter Pipeline is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or manager in instances where you believe violations of laws, policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you have concerns about violations contemplated under the Whistleblower Policy and prefer to place a report in confidence (or anonymously), you are encouraged to use this website or hotline hosted by our third-party provider, NAVEX.
All Inter Pipeline and Inter Terminals employees and contractors (known as ‘agency workers’ in Europe) are encouraged to use EthicsPoint to submit reports relating to complaints as provided for in our Whistleblower Policy.
EthicsPoint is a resource operated by an independent third-party that has been chosen by Inter Pipeline to receive reports of concerns regarding Inter Pipeline's actions or business practices (see Whistleblower Policy) in a confidential and secure manner.
Please be advised that Inter Pipeline ensures that you will not be discriminated against as a result of making a report in good faith and that your identity will be kept confidential during all steps of the procedure. Although it is permitted to make an anonymous report, you are strongly encouraged to disclose your identity, since if you choose not to do so it may hinder an investigation and restrict the action that can be taken following such investigation.
Translator Availability
- During peak times, a translator may not be available to assist you in reporting your concern by phone. In this situation you will be given the choice to continue in English.
- If you choose not to proceed in English, the call will end but we encourage you to call again at another time at which a translator may be available.
- If you are unable to reach a translator in the language of your choice, please make an “Online” report.
- Countries with multiple dialing options are a result of varying regional and/or telephone carriers. Please try all phone numbers presented.
- Due to limitations between certain mobile phone providers you may not be able to call the listed numbers to report a concern. In that situation please try calling from a landline that has an international calling plan; or that you utilize the “Online” method above to report your concern.
To Make a Report
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
