After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

In all situations, we desire that you feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management regarding potential violations of law or questions related to adhering to our policies and standards of conduct. However, Centene Corporation recognizes that employees may not always feel comfortable reporting concerns directly to their supervisor or management. For these individuals, the Ethics Helpline is a safe and convenient manner to report concerns.

All reports (whether reported anonymously or with a contact name provided) will be forwarded to us by the third-party helpline provider, EthicsPoint. Additionally, every report of concern will be reviewed and investigated in accordance with applicable legal provisions and our own internal policies and procedures. Employees should also be aware that reporting ethical concerns via the Helpline is covered by our NO RETALIATION policy which is addressed in more detail in our Business Ethics and Conduct Policy and the FAQ section of this site.
