Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports North America promote and encourage an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to contact the Tarkett Ethics Hotline, which is hosted by a third party provider – EthicsPoint. This hotline allows you to submit reports of observed or perceived violations of our Code of Ethics. It is also a place where you can ask for guidance related to policies and procedure and provide positive suggestions and stories.

Any information you provide to EthicsPoint will be shared accordingly with division leadership on a completely confidential and anonymous basis, unless you make the choice to self-identify. Either way, you have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
