Our Commitment

The University of Washington is committed to maintaining the highest ethical principles and professional standards.

To honor this commitment to our students, employees, and other stakeholders, the UW has established the Financial Fraud and Ethics Hotline. The Hotline is accessible by all to ensure the UW continues to operate at the highest level of ethical responsibility.

If you have factual information suggestive of accounting, auditing, or financial fraud involving any UW member, employee, student, or other affiliate, we want you to report it.

We encourage you to utilize the Financial Fraud and Ethics Hotline so that we may properly address your concerns.

The Hotline is a telephone and web-based reporting system that provides a way to anonymously report instances of suspected fraud and ethics violations. The Hotline is operated by a third party provider, NAVEX Global, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Reports submitted through the Hotline will be forwarded to the appropriate officials for prompt action and the reporter will remain anonymous (to the extent allowed by law).
