Our Commitment

ISACA is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity.

We are committed to encouraging open communication, feedback, and discussion about any matter of importance to any employee and want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management for any reason through the Kitchen Table. We understand that there may be times or circumstances where you are not comfortable doing so, and consequently have created this as additional venue for your benefit.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous grievance in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You may use this secure site to submit reports relating to anything you are concerned about as an employee at ISACA.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and address.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

If your questions or concerns are more of a personal nature you may be interested in taking advantage of the employee assistance program (EAP).

What Can The EAP Do For Me?
Experienced master’s-degreed clinicians will confidentially consult with you over the telephone and direct you to the solutions and resources you need. You may also receive referrals to support groups, community resources, a network counselor or your health plan. These services are available for covered employees, their dependents, including children to age 26, and all household members.
