Speaking up helps Foundation leadership improve our culture and safeguard our mission. You will be supported in bringing any such issues forward.
Of course, you are free to voice any concerns directly to Foundation leadership, TEAM Resources or your manager. However, if you prefer to share a concern anonymously, you may use the EthicsPoint hotline—an independently managed, third party reporting service. Whether you are reporting a potential violation or seeking clarity on a policy or procedure, EthicsPoint provides a secure and confidential resource for you.
All information submitted through EthicsPoint will be transmitted to Foundation leadership on a confidential basis. If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity will not be disclosed. We assure you that every report is taken seriously and reviewed with the utmost care.
