After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The HCC Standards of Conduct reflects our commitment to compliance with laws and policies where all community members are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of ethics.

HCC maintains an environment where open and honest communications are welcomed and encouraged. We want you to feel comfortable approaching relevant individuals in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party, EthicsPoint. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With the hotline, you may submit reports of suspected violations in a manner that preserves anonymity and/or ask for guidance related to policies and procedure. The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be sent to us on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you so choose.

Regardless of whether you choose to report concerns to EthicsPoint anonymously or not, you have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

HCC policy and applicable law prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports an instance of suspected wrongdoing or participates in an investigation pertaining to allegations of wrongdoing.
